At Ara Vous, many of our pieces are created, customized, or curated specifically for you. Because of this, our return and refund policies vary depending on the type of item you purchase.

Vision Board Charm Bracelets

Every Ara Vous Vision Board Charm Bracelet is fully customized and assembled specifically for you based on the charms and options you select at checkout.

Cancellations Before Shipping

Changed your mind? No problem!

You may request a full refund if your order has not yet shipped.

To cancel your order, please email shop.ara.vous@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Once your order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and will be subject to our return policy below.

Returns After Shipping

If your customized Vision Board Charm Bracelet has already shipped, you may request a return within 21 days of purchase.

Because your bracelet was customized and assembled specifically for you, approved returns are subject to a $15 customization fee.

For example, if your bracelet cost $50, your refund would be $35. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of shipping the bracelet back to Ara Vous.

To be eligible for a refund:

• Your return request must be made within 21 days of purchase.
• You must contact us at shop.ara.vous@gmail.com before sending your return.
• The bracelet must be returned in its original condition.
• The bracelet must be received and inspected by Ara Vous before your refund is processed.
• The $15 customization fee is non-refundable.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

One-of-a-Kind Altar Kits

Our Altar Kits are one-of-a-kind collections of thrifted, vintage, handmade, and carefully curated ritual objects. Each kit is assembled with intention and contains unique pieces that may not be available again once sold.

Because many of these objects are vintage, antique, handmade, or previously loved, they may have small imperfections, signs of age, or natural variations. Any significant condition issues will be noted in the product description whenever possible.

Because these kits are one of a kind and individual pieces may be irreplaceable, our return policy is designed to provide a fair resolution while recognizing that an identical replacement may not be possible.

Because each kit is individually curated and one of a kind, approved returns are subject to a 15% curation and handling fee.

• The complete kit must be returned in its original condition.
• All pieces originally included in the kit must be returned.
• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• The 15% curation and handling fee is non-refundable.
• Your refund will be processed only after the returned kit has been received and inspected by Ara Vous.

Items Damaged During Shipping

We carefully package our Altar Kits to help protect their unique and sometimes delicate contents during transit. However, because many of these pieces are vintage, fragile, or irreplaceable, occasional damage may occur during shipping.

If your kit arrives damaged, please contact us at shop.ara.vous@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item(s)
• Photos of the packaging, including any visible damage to the shipping box

Because our Altar Kits are one of a kind, replacement pieces cannot always be provided.

If an item has been damaged during shipping, we will work with you to determine a fair resolution based on the extent of the damage and how it affects the overall value and usability of the kit.

Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include a partial refund or, when appropriate, a full refund.

Please retain the original packaging until your claim has been resolved.

Damage After Delivery

Altar Kits contain vintage, thrifted, antique, handmade, and other unique objects that may require gentle handling.

Damage that occurs after delivery due to use, mishandling, accidents, improper storage, or normal wear is not eligible for a refund.

Refunds

For all approved returns, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
