When will I receive my order?

At Ara Vous, each charm bracelet is lovingly handcrafted just for you. This personalized touch takes time, and we appreciate your patience while we create something truly special. Please review our shipping policy for more details:

Processing & Creation Times

  • Due to the handmade nature of our bracelets, orders may take up to 7 business days to be created and prepared for shipping.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days (after creation and shipping).
  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days (after creation and shipping).
  • International Shipping: Unfortunately we are not able to offer international shipping at this time. Stay tuned as we grow and are able to offer this as an option! 

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and delivery location.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact our customer support team at shop.ara.vous@gmail.com for assistance. While Ara Vous is not responsible for carrier-related delays, we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.

What is your refund policy?

At Ara Vous, we are committed to ensuring our customers are happy with their purchases. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your charm bracelet, we offer a hassle-free refund process. Please review the details of our refund policy below:

  1. Eligibility for Refunds

    • Bracelets may be returned within 21 days of the original purchase date.
    • The bracelet must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and tags included.
  2. Return Shipping Requirements

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • Please ship the bracelet back to the return address provided when your refund request is approved. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is safely delivered to us.
  3. Refund Processing

    • Refunds will only be issued after the returned bracelet is received and inspected by our store.
    • Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the item. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  4. How to Initiate a Return
